Jawahar navodaya Vidyalaya,kasaragod was established in 1986 as per the national Policy on Education.The Vidyalaya functions under Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti,an autonomous organisation under the Department of School Education & Literacy,Ministry of Human Resource Development,Governement of India.
